Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is a targeted, evidence-informed treatment focused on assessing and treating muscle tension, soft tissue dysfunction, and movement-related pain. It aims to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, support injury management, and enhance overall physical function as part of a structured care or performance program.
